Ricoh Sp 210SU Cartridge Refill and opening

Hello Friends, Today We are going to dis assembly of Ricoh SP 210su cartridge and refill it . First of all we are going to open cartridge screws. Then remove side cover one by one slightly because it is pack with high strength springs. Be careful while removing side covers so you cannot misplace the spring. It contain springs on both sides.

Now remove the drum from steel rod . Be careful donot misplace any gear from side. After removing drum open steel rod lock from side and remove it. Now open black coloured roller from there .

Now open Two screws that you are seeing. in this case dust ink is present(DONOT USE THIS TONNER AGAIN). Clean it fully.

Now Put back screws to there position and chage drum if your drum get consumed.
